第一次吃到这个米粉是来美国第二天在倩家里吃到的,当时就觉得超级好吃啊,我吃完以后乘了好几次,哈哈,不知道当时有没有被发现。
回家以后就琢磨着自己做了,稍微改变了一点点,更适合我自己的口味。本来没有想写下做法的,只是我的邻居Kristine在吃了这个凉粉以后直夸好吃,硬是要我给她写recipe,呵呵,就写啦。
阿布,我上次跟你说的就是这个啦,我超级爱吃的,你也可以多吃,不发胖的。买不到米粉,就用米线试试。
材料:
江西米粉
蒜,姜,葱,白糖,醋或是甜醋,新鲜朝天椒,香菜,芝麻,玉米油
做法:
准备汤汁
1、姜,辣椒,蒜,葱头,切碎,放碗里。顺序是:从下到上依次是姜末,辣椒末,蒜末,葱白末,芝麻。
2、烧沸油,浇到碗里。
3、趁热将醋和酱油加到碗里。搅拌均匀。
4、加糖拌匀。如果是加的甜醋,则不需要加糖。
5、放凉以后加入葱叶末和香菜末拌匀。放入冰柜冷藏一小时左右就ok啦。
准备粉条
1、煮沸水,将米粉直接放入沸水中,煮十分钟左右。煮的时间根据容器大小,水量多少和粉条多少而定,总之一定要煮得很软很软。
2、用篓子将粉条离出,放入凉水中冲凉。沥干水分置入容器。
3、加入少量玉米油或是其他食用油拌匀即可。
小红贴心提醒:
1、酱油用的比较多,要不然汁水太少,完全不够吃。
2、粉条一定要煮得很软,要不然晾凉以后就会是硬硬得。
3、一定要用少量食用油抓匀拌匀,要不然吃的时候已经结成一大块了。

rice noodles (I bought in sun set 25th ivring st new world super market. I always buy the brand Three Ladies. They put the rice noodles outside. )
garlic, ginger, green onion, sugar powder or honey, soy, black veniger, green chili, coriander
recipe:
sauce:
1.cut garlic , ginger, bottom part onion and chili into small pieces, then put them in a bowl.
2.boil the corn oil, then put it in the bowl as hot.
3.put black veniger ,soy and sugar in the bowl, stir them well.
4.cut the top part onion and coriander into small pieces, then put them in the bowl, stir them well.
5.put the sauce in refrigerator for about one hour, then the sauce is ready.
noodles:
1.put the noodles in boiling water, boil 10 minutes. stir them all the time or it will get the pot sticky.
2.get the noodles out into cold water, them get them out into big container.
3.put some eating oil in the noodles, stir them well. them the noodles are ready.
