Time to Make Cheese Cake

这是回国以后第一次做cheese cake,一定要写下博文作为纪念。

闲在家里没事,所以就想瞎折腾。昨天硬是拖着sensen和Julia去了麦德龙,买了我想要的所有原材料,今天等不及就开工了。

先来一张最后的成品图,Julia说很好吃,Sen说味道还不错,只是我觉得口感还不够好,稍稍结实了一点。还好我知道是什么原因,我在搅拌结束的时候觉得不够稠,就在本身的receipe外又加了一点cream cheese 和面粉,看来我是错的,应该严格按照receipe做,相信下一次会更好。我在做法里写的是原版的receipe,大家如果要借鉴就用原版的,在美国这个receipe我们屡试不爽的。o,对了,一定要说的是,这个receipe中糖的含量很高,大家做的时候按照自己的习惯和口感增减,我通常只用3/4cup.

不多说,今天主要是来写receipe的。

 

Ingredients:

15 graham crackers, crushed

2 tablespoon butter,melted

8 ounce cream cheese

1 1/2 cup white sugar

3/4 cup milk

4 eggs

1 cup sour cream

1/4 cup all-purpose flour

 

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F(175 degrees C). Grease a 9 inch springform pan.

2.In a medium bowl,mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter. Press onto bottom of springform pan.

3.In a large bowl, mix cream cheese with sugar until smooth. Blend in milk,and then mix in the eggs one at a time, mixing just enough to incorporate. Mix in sour cream and flour until smooth. Pour filling into prepared crust.

4.Bake in preheated oven for 1 hour. Turn the oven off, and let the cake cool in oven with the door closed for 5 to 6 hours; this prevents cracking.

Chill  in refrigerator until serving.

我这次用的原材料全部都可以在麦德龙买到,我把买到的东西贴在这里,有朋友想做可以做个参考。
