We Made Four Flavors of Cookies to Celebrate Chinese New Year

Before the Chinese New Year came, Dunzi and I got together and made four Yummy flavors of cookies.

Time to show…

Sun flower seed flavor.

40g butter,  40g sugar, 40 cake flour,40g nuts. Try it. You’ll not be disappointed.

What Are These?

 

家里最受欢迎的早餐就是烧饼和馒头,在弹尽粮绝几天之后,Julia终于忍不住说,“妈咪,你今天送我上学以后可以给我做烧饼么?”呵呵,How could I refuse?

今天做了23个烧饼,顺便,给自己做了一些馒头,准备上蒸锅蒸之前,突发奇想,想把馒头烤了试试。350度中层烤了25分钟,then that’s it!

更好吃更好吃的Japanese cheese cake recipe 更新

前不久,敦子教我日本cheese cake的recipe,真是超级好吃啊,比我以前做的好吃好多倍呢。再不更新recipe就忘记了,如此珍贵的recipe一定要留存好,这不来更新了。

我用了10寸的烤盘,将recipe中的原材料double,一共烤了80分钟。因为烤的过程中有打开烤箱好几次所以裂口了,因此样子不太好看。

味道棒极了啊,更好消息是,我昨天跟麦德龙的张总沟通,麦德龙这些原材料也都已经配齐,所以,小伙伴们,要想做出这个好吃的蛋糕完全没有问题了啊。趁着寒假在家,一定要试试。

想吃油饼自己做

每天都有不同的想吃的东西,大前天想吃馒头,前天想喝银耳汤,昨天想吃cheese cake。森森说真是难为我了,每天都在捣腾不一样的东西。

今天更夸张,早上睁眼就想吃油饼。在床上百度油饼做法,倒也简单,起床马上动手,尽量小声,不打扰森森和Julia贪睡。

森森起床的时候,我第一个油饼刚刚好下锅,“老婆,我真是服了你了,大清早折腾这么高级的东西”,哈哈,简单而高级,主要是我们在这里买不到,加上自己做油炸食品更放心。

每人一大个,配上冰冰的牛奶,very good,吃得好开心!

米酒好成功啊,是时候更新米酒做法啦

这是有史以来我做得最成功的一次米酒了,而且发酵只用了两天的时间,之前的准备和操作步骤也是超级简单,很值得一试啊。我是绝对的吃货,每次看自己的博客都忍不住把这个翻出来做一做,把那个整出来尝一尝,上个周末不小心看点心的博客,看到了米酒,就拖着森森去中国店买糯米和就曲子了,呵呵,我这样的老婆有好处也绝对有不好的地方把,这个只有森森有发言权了,哈哈。

妈咪是勤劳的小蜜蜂

我从来不否定我就是一个不折不扣的吃货。

在这个人烟稀少,出门不是汉堡就是pizza的国度,我们若想吃,唯有自己动手。

看看我今天的劳动成果,自己都忍不住赞叹,我太能干太勤劳了吧,我。。。

白糖馅儿土掉渣烧饼,红豆沙馅儿饼,红糖大包子,葱油饼。。。每一种美食的做法在小红厨房中点目录里都可以找到的啊。。。

再发cheese cake 做法(中文版,附过程图片,原材料图片)

应朋友们的需求,今天把cheese cake中文版做法post出来。这样你们就可以在十一的时候大胆尝试了。大家伙儿一定要加油啊,西点比中餐要简单多了,只要把比例和时间把握好,就一定不会失败。

设备需求:

烤箱(我就用的格兰仕的小烤箱),电动打蛋器(什么牌子都可以,我用的松下),8寸蛋糕磨具(以下的原材料均按照8寸的磨具来准备)

原材料:

12-14 饼干(基本上是什么饼干都行,我通常是选择粗粮饼)

2 tablespoon 黄油,融化好

8-10 ounce cream cheese

3/4 cup 绵白糖

3/4 cup 纯牛奶

4 个鸡蛋

1 cup sour cream

1/4 cup all-purpose 面粉

今天的厨娘是我

Dad and Mum came for visit on  Labour‘s Day Holiday. We haven’t seen each other for a long time, especially for the kids, they must miss each other very much.

Most of my friends know that i love cooking. This doesn’t mean that i have to cook every day. Yes, i am definitely the lucky girl. My parents-in -low live with us, so i don’t need to do housework a lot.  But, this day, i want to cook.

We only have six adults two kids but i made 13 dishes. It seems like spring festival is here.

Look, what do you think ? Have you already got good appitite? Feel free to come to my house , i ‘d love to cook for you…

妈咪,我都快要忘记cheese cake有多好吃了!

“Mummy,i almost forgot how dilicious the cheese cake was, i mean the cheese cake you made for me”Julia talked with me after her pizza time.
Hehe, what will you do if your baby speak that out. Especially for me, a mummy hasn’t been home for a week long. Without any hesitate, ” how about let’s make it together right now?”
“Yeah”She jumped.
I could see how excited she was and how deeply she wanted.
The cake is perfect like always. That recipe never let me down.

在原来的图片上有一点点补充。

把饼干捶碎。

融化黄油,我每次都是这么偷懒做的,呵呵。把黄油切几片搁中间,盆儿下面倒好开水,这样就融化啦,一点也不浪费。

垫好到磨具底部。

打鸡蛋记得要一个一个倒进去。我通常把鸡蛋打到碗里再倒进去,因为我担心会有坏的鸡蛋或者操作不好有鸡蛋壳什么的。先打到碗里再倒进去比较保险。

烤出来的效果。满满一个小时,我放得比较靠下,而且打开的吹风。因为是土鸡蛋,所以比较黄,呵呵。
