第一次尝试雪媚娘,很成功

实在是拧不过两个宝贝,她们拼命要亲自做雪媚娘,我也是非常拼命的,所有食材都是自己准备,果真是越努力越幸运啊,我们真的很成功,哈哈。

食材清单:按照10个的量测量

皮:糯米粉 100g 玉米淀粉30g 牛奶 180ml 细砂糖 40g 黄油30g

馅料:淡奶油 200ml 细砂糖15g 芒果和奥利奥若干

制作过程:

又有一个多星期没有做点心了,今天下大雨,没有办法出去walk,就想待在家里做吃的。一直没有做过戚风蛋糕,今天试试。

结果是第一次做也很成功,我没有用专门烤戚风蛋糕的模具,因为要离开所以实在不想买太多,就用普通烤盘烤出来的效果也很不错,软软的,嫩嫩的,口感特别好,相信宝贝们一定喜欢。

因为我自己特别喜欢cheese cake,所以呢,戚风蛋糕出炉以后我又做了一个cheese cake。边劳动边学歌,great!

做个缤纷的水果蛋糕来庆祝春天的到来

原来在米国也有庆祝春分一说呢。Today is the first day of spring。春天的第一天,尽管上午下了超大的雪,但是还是挡不住人们内心的喜悦。服装店的各种discount, free ice-cream store,children’s museum also free for kids。。。各种各样的方式,very very nice。

我也做点什么好了,做个缤纷的水果蛋糕庆祝春天的来临,如何,对于Julia和森森来说,一定是surprise。

Yummy Cake

Today is Saint Patrick’s Day. I promised Julia that I would make a cake to celebrate it on the way to school bus this morning. And she emphasized she didn’t want cheese cake. She wanted the birthday cake kind. I said no problem.

And this was the cake she saw when she got home.

再做杏仁饼,天啊,太好吃了!

今天又在家做了杏仁饼干,因为上次实在没有吃过瘾。今天把上次的recipe三倍,做了三十六块饼干,哇哦,超级美味。哎,体重啊,体重,怎么控制得了啊!

成品图。过程非常简单,失败率为零,试试吧。

Recipe:(12块饼干的量)

1. 无盐butter 40g融化。

2.40g绵白糖与butter混匀搅拌。

3.鸡蛋白40g(差不多一个鸡蛋白)与之前的搅拌。

4.40g cake flour 筛入拌匀。

5.40g rosted almond slice 加入拌匀。

6.将已经混合好的原材料用勺子盛入烤盘,均匀十二分,铺平。

7.在已经铺平的原材料上再撒上一些almond slice。

8.烤箱预热华氏350度,中层烤15分钟即可。

Before the Chinese New Year came, Dunzi and I got together and made four Yummy flavors of cookies.

40g butter,  40g sugar, 40 cake flour,40g nuts. Try it. You’ll not be disappointed.
